
Anger does not necessarily have to be explosive, it can be implosive as well. Depending on the kind of person, anger can be demonstrated or bottled up.
The key is to take the time to work on the control of your anger. Anger is a normal feeling like any other and is part of our behavior. The problem arises when our anger affects other people or our own view of the world. We need to deal with it.

The workshops are set out in a format of 4 fortnightly sessions of an hour each. Coaching can be done for the number of sessions the person needs to address the issue at hand. Dates can be found under Anger Management Workshops and online bookings are available there.
